Is situated on level ground. To gain
access there is a 250mm step into the cottage, through
French doors which open to a maximum 1050mm. The width
of the one door open only is 490mm. There is room to park
a car directly outside the cottage on the gravel road.
It is approx 3400mm from the card door to cottage.

be unsuitable for a guest in a wheelchair due to the layout.

with a gentle gravel slope up on the patio. Car to door
is minimum of 4500mm. The patio area is sloped to allow
access into the cottage for those with less mobility.
Access is through a set of french doors Minimum 560mm

These cottages were built in 2007.
The internal doors comply with latest building & DDA regulations
to allow access into the rooms with a wheelchair. Lower
light switches 1000mm and higher plug sockets 440mm.

Crazy Golf:-
Is situated on the higher field which can be access
by 14 steep steps or by parking at the top of the
drive by the rockery and gain level access onto the
field by the gate. Due to living in the countryside
you may find the odd mole hill or rabbit hole! We
ask that care is taken when walking up here
Key Collection & Enquiries:-
Alpine Park Cottages is not only our business, but
our home. We do not have an office or reception area.
Keys for the cottage are collected from Alpine Lodge.
On arrival guests can park outside the bungalow (signposted)
Enquiries, there is 5 steps (each 170mm (h) down to
the doorway or for guests with less mobility they
can park outside on the slight slope and gain access
to our kitchen door.
Any guest that does have any special
requirements, we would be happy to discuss these with
them before bookings. As we live on site we are available
to help guest during there stay and when we do go out
put a mobile number up, to enable guests to contact us.
