TERMS & CONDITIONS
Conditions of reservation |

- Take over time is 4pm on the day of arrival.
You must leave your cottage by 10am the day of departure.
- For the comfort of other guests we ask you to refrain
from smoking in the cottages.
- We trust that when you leave your accommodation
it will be left in the condition in which you should
wish to find it - clean and tidy.
- It is a condition of your booking that the total
number in your party shall not exceed the capacity
of the cottage as advertised. Cots may be hired in
lieu of a bed. Travel cots by prior arrangement
only. Not suitable in the Type A Cottage.
- 20% deposit is required at time of booking. (Deposit
non-refundable) Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
date. If less than 6 weeks to arrival date full amount
payable.
- If you cancel you are still liable for the payment.
We will endeavour to relet your holiday. If we are
able to relet after you have paid your balance we
will refund the whole or part of that money (you will
still lose your deposit).
- A charge of £10 will be made for each returned or
represented cheque.
- The Owners reserve the right to decline acceptance
of any booking or to expel any visitor for conduct
detrimental to the park or comfort of other visitors.
- Mynards Holiday Limited is relieved from liability
should the cottage not be available due to circumstances
beyond its control, in which case the money paid will
be refunded in full.
- Mynards Holiday limited is relieved from liability
for accidents to visitors and any loss or damage to
their property including motor vehicles.
- It is regretted that bookings are only accepted
for couples or family groups.
- Only one dog is permitted in the cottage by prior
arrangement. Type D Cottages are Pet Free.
- Dogs must be kept under control and on leads
at all times and not allowed to interfere or annoy
other people on the park. Under no circumstances may
dogs be left in your accommodation when you go off
the park. You must bring your dog basket with you
as pets are not allowed to lie on bedding/sofas or
chairs.
- For the purpose of maintenance etc the proprietors
reserve the right (even in the absence of the occupants)
to enter the cottage any time as necessary.
- Should you wish not to receive any further information
from us in the future, please state at the time of
booking.
