Full Terms and Conditions
All online bookings are provisional until you receive confirmation via email. When you submit a booking via our online booking system, you will receive an automatically generated email to the email address you provide on the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when the booking is confirmed, and payment has been taken by Mynards Holiday Limited. Confirmation will then be sent via email.
A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all holidays or full payment if less than 8 weeks to the arrival date.
Bookings are strictly non-transferable either by date or to another person. Please note we are unable to amend bookings where Booking Protection has been taken out ie adding/changing party members.
Balance payment is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance when due, may result in the cancellation of your holiday. When making a booking, you accept responsibility for the full cost of the cottage even if you are prevented from coming due to unforeseen circumstances and you will still be liable for the full payment if you cancel your booking. It is strongly recommended that you take out your own holiday insurance eg X Cover from Cover Genius (formerly Booking Protect) or similar.
Only guests who are named on the booking form at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the cottage overnight.
We endeavour to accommodate guests' requests for a particular cottage location, but due to operational purposes, this may not always be possible.
For the purpose of maintenance etc the proprietors reserve the right (even in the absence of the occupants) to enter the cottage at any time as necessary.
X cover (formerly Booking Protect)
If you purchased X Cover at the time of booking. You will receive an email from X Cover directly. Please note this is not spam and you do not need to set up an account as per their emails. An account can be set up if and when you make a future claim.

The person or organisation making the booking must advise us at the time of booking if the accommodation is being booked for business or commercial purposes and must provide accurate details of the organisation, the purpose of the stay and the names of all guests staying at the property.
The contract for a Business Booking will be with the organisation making the booking, which will remain responsible for payment, compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and the conduct of all guests staying at the accommodation. The organisation must ensure that all guests comply with our Terms and Conditions and any reasonable instructions given by Alpine Park Cottages.
Where the person making the booking will not be staying at the accommodation, they must provide the name and contact details of the person responsible for the booking and the guests staying at the property.
Failure to disclose that a booking is for business or commercial purposes, or the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information, may result in the booking being cancelled or terminated without liability to Alpine Park Cottages. Infants are included in the total number of guests and must be included on the booking form for insurance purposes. Cots may be hired in lieu of a bed. Travel cots by prior arrangement only.

House Rules
Takeover time is 4pm on the day of arrival; please help us by not arriving before this time. Please kindly advise us if your arrival time is after 6pm. Unfortunately, you must leave your cottage no later than 9.30m on the day of departure; this is to ensure a smooth changeover for the next guests arriving.
For the comfort of others, we kindly ask you to refrain from any type of smoking in the cottages. If you do so, we will terminate your booking without a refund and require you to vacate the cottage immediately. You will be liable for any extra cleaning costs incurred.
We trust that when you leave your accommodation, it will be left in the condition in which you should wish to find it – clean and tidy. Any breakages/damage should be reported, and you may be asked to pay for this.
