I really can not fault this place. We have stayed annually since 2020 and it gets better each time! The owners are friendly and helpful and greet all their guests as family; it certainly has that feel to it! They constantly look to make improvements (I can't think of anything more that can be done now - recent additions include a coffee machine and waterfall shower in the premier lodges) and have a wonderful maintenance programme which ensures that the property is always clean and beautifully furnished. Even this week when we stayed repairs were being made a wooden plant pot that had been slightly damaged and some lodges were being painted on the outside. The ground are always beautiful with bushes, trees and lawns regularly tended too. I am sure that families with young children appreciate the well maintained childrens play area. It's a real home from home!
I have commented before on the excellent location giving easy access onto A3052 and within a few miles of Exmouth, Budleigh, Sidmouth, Seaton and Topsham to name but a few. We hope to be back again later in the year.

This place continues to impress. We try to visit annually and are never disappointed, There is so much here which is outstanding!

The hosts (Sally, Curtis and Helen) are friendly and helpful, always on hand to chat and give advice but never intrusive so you can enjoy a relaxed holiday at your own place. The site is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The lodges are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and the comfiest beds you can find! A good night's sleep is guaranteed as you are away from noisy traffic and bright lights.

The excellent location makes trips out easy and we would never look to stay anywhere else if we are visiting this area.

We had a lovely time when we stayed at Alpine Park Cottages. The accommodation was excellent, probably the best we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean from the utensils and cooking pans to all the furnishings. We can't fault it at all. Curtis and Sally were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The Park itself was very peaceful and kept immaculate. I would recommend staying at Alpine Parks Cottages and would happily visit again if down that way.

Back for about the fourth time, this time hiring 5 cottages for our extended family.
As usual, the cottages were immaculately prepared, with Curtis ready to answer any query.
The children enjoyed playing on the green.
We had several large family dinners outside enjoying the warm weather.
We'll be back!

Sally and Curtis have been great and really do have a wonderful set of lodges. The service they offer is top notch. The lodge is brilliant, you can see they both go into a lot of effort keeping it really clean. The location is spot on - Greendale Farm is down the road and Exmouth beach is no more than 20 mins away. Easy access to the motorway as well as exploring what Devon has so offer. On site is a really peaceful, secure and welcoming atmosphere - ideal for a family get away. The park and green in the middle of the lodges was ideal for the little one as she loved looking out for the bunnies in the nearby woods. I can't speak highly of this place, their attention to detail is the best I've seen, they really have thought of everything. The app they share with you before you arrive, gave us a jump start on planning our holiday and I couldn't be more grateful. I can't wait to return for our next trip. That says it all really. Brilliant place, ran by two lovely people and the team.

A weekend spent busing old friends who recommended we stay here. The lodges are beautifully appointed, the location is idyllic and peaceful,and the hosts are very accommodating. We can only recommend this location as a must stay if you are visiting this part of Devon
