 Alpine Park Cottages we are pleased to be able to offer refund protection through our partnership with Booking Protect.

This refund protection allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes injury, illness, travel trouble and other unexpected events.

We provide a complimentary fibre WiFi service allowing you to browse the internet and keep in contact while you are away.  

Yes we have 2 x 7.2 kHw charging points located on site. Click here for  More Info

 

No; unfortunately for insurance purposes we are only allowed to permit 4 people including infants to stay in the cottage.

During the main season, April to October Saturday is our changeover day apart from the Premier | 4 person which is Friday. 

Yes; we offer short breaks early and late season (end of October - to March) these are subject to availability

Yes we do allow either 2 small dogs (no bigger than a westie) or 1 medium/large dog in all cottages except for the Premier | 6 person cottages; we keep these pet free for guests with allergies. There is a charge of £30.00 per stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park and must not be left unattended in the cottage.

We shall email you, pre arrival information in order to help you make the most of your stay.  This will include information regarding key collections and a link to our pre arrival App which provides information on what to do in the area.

Cottages will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival; please help us by not arriving prior to this time.

If you wish to arrive after 6pm; please contact us regarding key collection.

Yes. Asda, Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsburys all deliver to Alpine Park Cottages. Please book your delivery slot for after 4pm on the day of arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to take in deliveries on your behalf.  Greendale Farm Shop also delivery to Alpine Park Cottages.

Waitrose is 5 miles away and Tesco Extra is 1 mile for Junction of the M5 or 6 miles from Alpine Park Cottages.

There is a petrol station just a ½ mile down the road which sells newspapers, milk and bread. Greendale Farm Shop is 2 miles from Alpine Park Cottages and opens at 8am – 8pm and sells fresh bread, milk papers, deli, veg, meat and fish.

The Nightjar which is located in the village of Ayleabeare is the nearest Pub.  Please note the Halfway Inn Pub located opposite has had a change of use and is now a cafe serving breakfasts and light lunches and equestrian store.

As normal dishwasher tablets will be provided along with a dish cloth, sponge, brillo, washing up liquid, oven gloves, tea and hand towel.  In addition, soap will be provided at all sinks to enable you wash your hands on arrival into the cottage and a bottle of disinfectant spray to wipe down surfaces and extra j cloths.

You are welcome to bring your own BBQ's or use disposable ones., we just ask that these are not placed on the grass or picnic tables...it has been done before!

Yes. The 9/9a Bus goes to Exeter, Sidmouth & Honiton

Visitors are welcome on site, we just ask that they park by the cream bungalow.  Where possible we ask that your guests do not bring dogs on site with them.  Not all cottages are pet friendly.

Yes; Beds are made up for your arrival. A bath sheet and hand towel are provided one set per guest. We ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Yes we shall provide clean linen and towels for your second week, if requested.

Along with bed linen and towels, we provide a oven glove, tea towel and hand towel. Complimentary loo and kitchen roll. Washing up liquid, dishcloth, sponge, brillo and duster. Dishwasher tablets for cottages with a dishwasher.

Extra time is taken to clean a cottage where a dog has previously stayed using a Shark Pet hoover to ensure there are no traces of dog hairs. Carpets are professionally cleaned each year. It may have been several weeks since a dog has stayed in a cottage as not every booking brings a dog on holiday. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our cottages but if you are allergic to Pets we suggest you book the Premier | 6 person as we can guarantee that a pet has never stayed in those cottages.

Our holiday cottages are within a 7 mile drive you can be enjoying the golden sand on Exmouth Beach or the exploring the rock pools at the pebbly beach at Sidmouth.

Yes; see our out and about page. Alpine Park Cottages is a perfect base to stay with close links to the M5, A30 and A38 you can be in Torquay or walking on Dartmoor National Park within 40 minutes. Crealy Adventure Park is the closest attraction to Alpine Park Cottage, just 3 miles away down the road.

All of our cottages are single storey and suitable for guests with limited mobility. Our Premier | 4 person cottages have showers with a low profile shower tray. Guests can arrange to have medical equipment delivered. Please read our accessability page.
