Full Terms and Conditions including cancellation policy for COVID 19
A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all holidays or full payment if less than 8 weeks to the arrival date.
Balance payment is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance when due, may result in the cancellation of your holiday. When making a booking, you accept responsibility for the full cost of the cottage even if you are prevented from coming due to unforeseen circumstances and you will be still liable for the full payment if you cancel your booking.
If you have to cancel within 8 weeks of your holiday starting, we will endeavour to relet your holiday. Where holiday insurance has not been taken out, if we are successful, we will refund the whole or part of the balance payment in form of a credit note to be used against another holiday at Alpine Park (Deposits are non-refundable). However; if we are unable to relet the cottage you will be still liable for the full cost of the cottage. It is strongly recommended that you take out you own holiday insurance.
COVID 19 cancellation policy
Should Alpine Park Cottages be forced to close due to either a national or local lockdown caused by COVID 19, we shall offer you a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
If you unable to travel due to a local lockdown or tier restrictions at the address that the booking is made under, you will be given the opportunity to transfer your booking to an alternative date. No cash refund will be offered.
Should you or a member of your party (named on the booking) displays signs of COVID or has a positive COVID test within 14 days of the booking start date, you will be offered to transfer your booking to an alternative date. Evidence will be required. It is strongly recommended that you take out you own holiday insurance eg Booking Protect
It is a condition of your booking that the total number in your party shall not exceed the capacity of the cottage as advertised. Infants are included in the total number of guests and must be included on the booking form for our insurance purposes. Cots may be hired in lieu of a bed. Travel cots by prior arrangement only.
Only guests that are named at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the cottage overnight.
It is regretted that bookings are only accepted for couples or family groups.
Two small dogs (no larger than a westie) or one medium/larger dog permitted in the cottage by prior arrangement only. Premier (6 Person) Cottages are pet free accommodation. Please note dogs are not allowed to be left in the cottage unattended and must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park.
Take over time is 4pm on the day of arrival; please help us by not arriving before this time. Please kindly advise us should your arrival time be after 6pm. Unfortunately, you must leave your cottage no later than 10am on the day of departure; this is to ensure a smooth changeover for the next guests arriving.
For the comfort of others, we kindly ask you to refrain from any type of smoking in the cottages. If you do so, we will terminate your booking without refund and require you to vacate the cottage immediately. You will be liable for any extra cleaning costs incurred.
We trust that when you leave your accommodation it will be left in the condition in which you should wish to find it – clean and tidy. Any breakages should be reported, and you may be asked to pay for them.
For the purpose of maintenance etc the proprietors reserve the right (even in the absence of the occupants) to enter the cottage any time as necessary.
The Owners reserve the right to decline acceptance of any booking or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental to the park or comfort of other visitors.
Mynards Holiday Limited is relieved from liability should the cottage not be available due to circumstances beyond its control flood fire, storm damage, pandemics in which case the money paid will be refunded in full
Mynards Holiday limited is relieved from liability for accidents to visitors and any loss or damage to their property including motor vehicles
Customer details will be added to our mailing list; this is for the sole purpose of Mynards Holidays Limited and will not be passed onto any third party. Please state at the time of booking if you do not wish for these details to be kept for mailing purposes.
