As usual we stayed in a six bed comfort plus lodge. In fact the one we always stay in. The lodges are very well maintained. New bathroom, new toilet , recarpeted and repainted through out since last year. Generous sized rooms and lovely bed linen. My wife and I just call it living somewhere else. The owners live on site and nothing is too much trouble. The lodges are set in a beautifully manicured park. Curtis (one of the owners) always has time for a chat and it's a treat to see him riding on his sit on mower every week. A really good new feature this year are the wild bunnies. Never seen those before. Really easy to get to. Ten minutes from the M5. Easy to get to Exeter and Exmouth. We are returning in the autumn.

Very relaxing, quiet stay for my family of four. I enjoyed opening to the curtains to early morning mists and closing them to beautiful sunsets. 

Very clean and well organised. Cottage was well equipped with modern décor. The information folder at the cottage is very useful with suggestions for shopping and visiting suggestions with directions, included. 

Good road links, ideal for visiting.

The owners are very welcoming. Easter eggs for the children were a nice surprise.

Just sitting on the patio is a joy, listening to birdsong. The surrounding trees provide a peaceful environment. Didn't want to leave.

Where do I even start with this place!!

Me and my other half absolutely love Alpine, it's literally the only place we go on holiday.
Today we returned from a lovely relaxing short break ☺️
Sally and Curtis make sure you have the perfect holiday, it doesn't matter if you go for a short break or a long holiday, they always put you first. This time we entered our lodge but realised there wasn't a bath (my mother booked the holiday as a surprise and isn't familiar with the lodges) (I'm very fussy and love a relaxing bath) less than 15 minutes later we were in a new lodge with a bath, no complaints and no extra charge! (We are both very grateful!)
Sally and Curtis always give a personal welcome as well, they get to know everyone who comes to stay with them and don't forget a thing. We visited two years ago for my partner's birthday and on arrival there was a lovely birthday card and cider on the table for him. I've recently opened a sandwich shop and they have asked how it is going. I genuinely don't know anywhere or anyone else that gets to know their guests any better than this ☺️
I hate checking out every time as I can't wait to come back! We have already discussed another break and hopefully will be back at the end of the year

The cottages are well equipped with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday. The beds are really comfortable and I had the best nights sleep for a while, the towels are also excellent in quality. 

The location is ideal for getting around especially to Exeter and Sidmouth which we did.

We would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in several holiday cottages over the years as a family but the Alpine Park Cottages surpass every other! They are kept immaculately clean and everything is modern and stylish. The beds are comfy, linen super clean, fluffy white towels and the kitchen facilities are excellent. Sally & Curtis are possibly the nicest people ever, keen to help and real professionals at what they do. There is an on-site laundry facility should you need it and for the kids a lovely wooden climbing frame/ slide/ swings and crazy golf just a short walk on the grounds with an amazing view of Devon. Also you can park outside your cottage, plus the way the site is set up you have lots of privacy whilst in your cottage as you look out over a central green lawned area from your lounge area. The bedrooms are located at the rear of the property so again they are nice and quiet, especially for children. A true 5 star get away. Really lovely & relaxing
