A lovely, well managed small park. Peaceful and quite outside school holidays. Excellent accommodation as usual. A great location for exploring DWT reserves and Pebblebed Heath as well as East Devon beaches and the river Otter.

very clean quite and efficient site,accommodation excellent the patio areas are very private well screened from neighbouring lodges with lovely shrubbery all in all everything you need for a happy holiday and easy access to all the East coast popular resorts.

Got to say a big thank you to the owners Curtis, Sally and Helen for our recent half term week stay. It was our second time staying and we had a great time doing different things and seeing different places to our last time. There are just such great places and attractions all within a short drive from the cottages. We went to Beer fishing village and caves this time and it was lovely, really pretty and unspoilt. The cottage was so lovely, clean and homely, lots of lovely touches, you have thought of everything for your guests. The grounds and play area are very pretty too, actually idyllic, and so well looked after. Thank you for a lovely much needed holiday.

Sally and Curtis have thought of everything. Very well equipped cottage, immaculately clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds and attentive caring and helpful hosts. We’re definitely considering another visit.

This was our third visit and we have already booked again for next year !! The cottages and surroundings are immaculately maintained, the cottages spotlessly clean and high quality. Curtis and Sally are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Brilliant area for exploring this part of Devon , so nice to know at the end of the day you have such a comfortable place to come back to. The weather was lovely this time so we spent time sitting outside our cottage. Very relaxing. Can’t recommend a stay here highly enough.

This was an absolutely wonderful break. The facilities are just amazing and beautifully kept, everything is taken care of and you are made to feel so very welcome. Very child friendly, and altogether a fantastic and uplifting experience. So much attention to detail, very comfortable accommodation, a truly home from home experience. We would come back straight away, and would recommend highly. Thank you all.
