My wife and I needed four months to stay in temporary accommodation when the completion date for our newly built house was delayed. We were so fortunate to find Alpine Park Cottages for our winter stay. It's a wonderful location to begin with, and the Alpine Park site itself is picture book perfect. The site is very private and with 11 cottages, has a village feel. We stayed in one of the 4 bed premium cottages which is very comfortable and easy to heat. The long term winter rates are very reasonable indeed. All costs, bar the laundry, are inclusive. Curtis and Sally are great hosts and clearly take pride in keeping their Holiday Park in tip top condition. Highly recommended

We try to visit annually as this place is just perfect. It's really well situated for exploring this part of Devon and beyond. There are plenty of places to visit (Sidmouth is delightful in all weathers!) and lots of excellent options for eating out. Nothing is too much trouble for Curtis and Sally and they maintain very high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. They are on hand if you need them but don't intrude on your time away. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area, don't look anywhere else. The reviews on here show that I am not the only one who agrees with this!

Beautiful little cottages in a lovely setting, the owners are lovely and so helpful and approachable. Everything is immaculate.
The only thing that I think I would have liked would be a little fence round the patio to contain the dog & child while having the doors open! But that’s a personal opinion!

Very comfortable self-catering cottages set in a lovely setting. Everything that you could require is in each cottage for a good holiday and the owners are on site if needed. The site is ideally situated for those who wish to see parts of Devon & Dorset. All coastal resorts from Lyme Regis to Brixham are within easy travelling distance from this base. We had an excellent week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these cottages to our family and friends.

Alpine Park Cottages is a lovely location for a family holiday. Great base for exploring east Devon and Exeter the lodges are super clean and tidy. The central green and play area is perfect for children and it’s brilliant to have a safe open space for them to run around in. Bonus points for the EV charge sockets, one less thing to worry about. We would certainly return next time we are in the south west

It was our 5th stay at Alpine Park Cottages. We stayed in a three bedroom which is always spotless and very well equipped. Curtis and Sally always welcome us on arrival and are so friendly. It is in a great location close to beaches, attractions and greendale farm shop. We hope to turn again next year as it our favourite place!
